We take our responsibility to safeguard the young people in our care very seriously. All of our staff are enhanced CRB checked, and experienced and trained in working with young people. All workshop leaders adapt our fashion design workshops to suit the age, needs and ability level of students. There are always at least two members of staff on site, including a qualified First Aider, and a maximum of 8 young people to 1 staff member. All policies and procedures adhere to strict guidelines, and all workshops are planned and risk assessed. Please request a copy of our policies and procedures for more information.
iFashionDesign, and our team, aim to ensure that all young people enjoy our workshops and learn new skills in a fun and creative environment. We encourage positive development from our students by supporting them to build self-confidence, creativity and artistic ability. We create a welcoming and happy environment in which young people can make friends, relax and develop their own individuality. Our emphasis is on inclusion and empowering young people to produce creations they are proud of.
We work hard to ensure that we are delivering a high quality and positive service, and value feedback from both young people and parents.
